Brown Bag Learning Sessions.
These are informal, interactive and learning sessions used to bring certain level of understanding prior to start of a new initiative. During these sessions people are encouraged to bring their lunch to this reserved area and they get the opportunity to learn while having their luch or snacks. Topics are generally picked either by the management or by popular demand. These session does not bring the attendees to become an expert in the subject under discussion but to provide them with enough knowledge so they can see value associated with it. Azim has extensive experience in conducting these sessions, covering; Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Knowldge, Capacity, Continuity, Project, Program, CMMI, Compliance and more.
 
Brown Bag sessions could be from few hours or Series of Brown Bag could be at most a week long engagement.
 
Business and IT Consulting.
At times business organizations don't have the bandwidth to solve business critical, high priority issues so they seek outside help. If you are  seeking Subject Matter Expert who is adept, decisive and innovative, and can drive the entire engagement in solo or as a team player so you endure and prosper you need this service.
 
Offered in Fixed Price (FP) so there is minimum risk at your end or you may enagage as Time and Material (T&M) if the scope is unknown, in either case goal is to meet your needs and expectations.

Process Improvement.
Most organizations know something is not working;, it could be a process or it could be business units not coordinating well with other business units or it could be just communication gap but they can not truly pin point where or why things are going out of control. Process Improvement typically addresses this and guides you to develop a process that is predicatable and manageable.
 
In Organizational Development (OD), Process improvement is a series of actions taken by a Process Owner to identify, analyze and improve existing processes within an organization to meet new goals and objectives. These actions often follow a specific methodology or strategy to create successful results.
 
   Methoddology:
  • Carrying out BPI is a project, so all principles of project management apply.
  • The first step in BPI is to define the existing structure and process at play (AS-IS).
  • Then, the BPI process owners should determine what outcomes would add value to the organization's objectives and how best to align its processes to achieve those outcomes (TO-BE).
  • Once the outcomes are determined, the organization's work force needs to be re-organized to meet the new objectives, using the variety of tools available within the BPI methodology.

Rummler-Brache Methodology

Geary Rummler and Alan Brache defined a comprehensive approach to organizing companies around processes, managing and measuring processes and redefining processes in their 1990 book, Improving Processes. This is probably the best known, systematic approach to business process change and ideas first introduced in this book have been very influential on other, less comprehensive approaches. This book draws heavily from the basic approach laid out in Improving Processes

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) in software engineering and organizational development is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements for effective process improvement. It can be used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization. CMMI helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes
