  • [Streamlining Business Process  Resulted in $6 Million More Revenue ]                                                                    Instrumental in re-engineering Software Assurance process for an electronics and telecomm company to generate source of revenue. Due to lack of ownership, customer was backed logged by several years in processing the Welcome Packages and providing support to their entitled subscribers. Responsible for re-evaluating requirements at each stage, identified weaknesses in existing process, showed that existing model is producing less than $1 Million in revenue per year with the implementation of new process model it showed a potential of $6 Million additional revenue in projections and forecasts. Successfully brought client current on their back log of two years in less than a month by eliminating manual interactions and processes and by applying automation to account creation to re-occurring billing.
  • [$13.5 Million savings over 12 months]                                                                                                                      Client as a Gold partner was entitled to get discounts from Cisco for their US facilities only, I helped them secure Managed Services Partner status by managing Cisco Managed Service Audit in nine disciplines with zero objection resulting in the company becoming certified Managed Service Partner through which now my client globally became entitled for Cisco global discounts with an average saving of $13.5 million over twelve month period.
  • [Cut operational by 13.5% and increased efficiency by 21%]                                                                          Management of a project for Cisco audit became instrumental in revamping internal processes for; Incident, Problem, Change & Release, Configuration & Asset Management, Project Management, Service Management, developed new SLAs, OLAs and UCs which increased service performance and efficiency by 21%, cut operational cost by 13.5% and addressed major compliance deficiencies and maximizing IT investments.

Defined services, developed Policies and Procedures and then integrated them into IT Service tools (COTS products). Ensure new processes are developed in conjunction with ISO 9000, 20000, 27000, 17799 and other global standards. With over all operational IT cost cutting by 36.25% and creating a better global harmony between different business units and banks.

While defining and developing established KPIs to measure project success and at the same time to identify risks before they can impact the project outcome. Responsible for developing standards and  activities templates. Increased ASD portfolio value by 105% and cutting operational cost by 25% over 12 months.

This is a great achievement for them as they expected business growth will be no less than 25% in one year time.                    
  • Conducted a “Single Point of Failure” analysis for a leading on-line bank, evaluated Best Business Practices, Business Processes Analysis, Policies & Procedures, geographic layout, systems layout, disaster recovery plans, continuity planning, security practices, staff readiness on mostly MVS and AIX platforms – Identified 43 SPOF, recommended and developed solution roadmap.
